Could you complete the form with accurate details about yourself and the child? You will need the child’s birth or adoption certificate to complete your claim. If you are claiming for a newborn, you can apply before registering the birth, but you will need to send the certificate once available.Submit the Form:

Wait for Confirmation

- Amount: As of the current rates, the payment is £24.00 per week for the first child and £15.90 per week for each additional child.
