Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports over financial statements and reporting on – a) Adjusted EBITDA (Management Adjusted and Diligence Adjusted) b) Defined vs Adjusted EBITDA
• Revenue Summary Reports – a) By channel b) By product c) By Month
• Margin Summary Reports – a) By channel b) By product c) By Month
• Proof of Cash Reports , Vendor Concentration Reports
• Search for Unrecorded Liabilities
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
• Ensure adherence to US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) in all financial activities.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
• Take responsibility for daily, weekly, monthly and annual tax and accounting tasks for clients.
• Translate/Interpret/Analyze financial reports including revenue reports, investment proposals, regulatory filings, and financial statements, ensuring accurate, objective based findings
• Plan, direct, and complete projects and tasks by agreed deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with clients and lead change effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting and accounting advisory services.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Ind AS.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
